Favorite place to read a book:
2024: The Beach
2023: On the beach

2024: Rocky and Ryland Grace from Project Hail Mary by Any Weir. I'd love to talk with them about space.

The moment I knew I wanted to become an author:
2024: I didn't at first. I wrote a "story" for my husband which I published several years later. After I released that first book I fell in love with it and wanted to keep writing more.
2023: After I published my first book.
Hardback, paperback, ebook or audiobook:
2024: I like hardbacks for safe keeping or collecting a precious book. I don't always love reading one because they are heavy to hold after a while. I love the smell of a paperback book. The only think I don't like about them is when I'm traveling and plan to read more than one book. They take up space and are heavy to carry around (depending on how many books I have) ebook I love for the exact reason I don't like paperbacks. These are better for me when I'm traveling because I can have several all in one simple little device. I don't like ebooks because I love the smell of a paperback.
2023: I like them all. I enjoy hardbacks for books I cherish and want to keep forever, a paperback is my typical go-to. There are several months in a year where I am not able to sit still and read so I will listen to audiobooks. I do think that listening to books is a different experience than reading a physical book, but I still enjoy audiobooks. I read ebooks the least, but if I'm traveling for a long period of time I find ebooks more convenient than carrying several books around with me.
The last book I read:
2024: Dreamland - Nicholas Sparks [Best Nicholas Sparks Books]
2023: Keep Her Safe by K.A. Tucker

Pen & paper or computer:
2024: Computer. I write on my computer always. i often jot different ideas down in my notes on my phone and email them to myself to save for when I sit at my comptuer to write.
2023: Both. When I am ready to sit down and start writing a story, it is most definitely computer, but I keep a notebook with me so if ideas pop into my head I can jot them down.
Book character I think I’d be best friends with:
2024: Hermianie Granger - She's a sparty pants and I love that about her!
2023: Hermione Granger - Harry Potter by J.K. Rollings I love her personality and feel like if I was at Hogwarts we would have been besties.

If I weren’t an author, I’d be a:
2024: I'd be the cheif marketing officer for Space X
2023: I would work for Spacex and build rocket ships.
Favorite decade in fashion history:
2024: The eighties
2023: Victorian
Place I’d most like to travel:
2024: I'd honestly like to RV across the country. There are so many beautiful places in the US in the process I'd cruise to Alaska and Hawaii. Hit all 50 states
2023: I'd love to travel through every state in the US! Because there are so many neat places to see in our country and I haven't visited them all. I also would love to do the same in Europe.
My signature drink:
2024: Water mostly these day. I drink alot of herbal teas. And you can't go wrong with a Vodka and cranberry and sometimes I hold the cranberry - lol!
2023: Vodka with anything and also coffee.
Favorite artist:
2024: I love all dance - broadway, hip hop, ballet, etc
2023: Fur Elise by Beethoven
Number one on my bucket list:
2024: Honestly life has taught me to cherish the moments that I have so I don't really have a true bucket life item. I've tried this last year to be present in the moment and take them in while I'm living them. I'd love to be a famous author and sell millions of copies of my books, but what author doesn't want that - lol!
2023: GO to Hawaii with my family
