Book Review - Maybe in Another Life by Taylor Jenkins Reid
I love the theory behind this book...the multiverse theory states that everything that is possible happens. Hannah Martin just moved back to her home town and she's out partying. At the end of the night, she must make the decision whether to go home with her high school boyfriend or with her best friend. Thanks to the multiverse theory, we get to see how her life plays out in either scenario.
It might sound like book could get confusing, but the author does a great job organizing the story. Every chapter flips back and forth between what happens after she goes home with her ex-boyfriend versus what happens after she goes home with her best friend. This isn't a "what-if" scenario...this is the multiverse...so both scenarios are actually happening.
I couldn't put this one down! There are lessons about life in this book that are deeper than the surface-level love story.
