Inspiration for Love, Only Better:
Paulette had a clear vision of what she wanted for her cover. Love, Only Better talks about romance, but more importantly sex and female gratification, something that's often overlooked. It was important to both of us that her cover fitted in with similar books in her genre. I pooled resources and after a couple of mock-ups, we both decided on hiring an illustrator to bring my idea to life. I wanted the cover for Love, Only better to be bright, bold and inviting. I wanted a modern feel to reflect the setting - NYC!
