In a Dark, Dark Wood
Book Review - In a Dark, Dark Wood by Ruth Ware
In a dark, dark wood there was a dark, dark house; And in the dark, dark house there was a dark, dark room; And in the dark, dark room there was a dark, dark cupboard; And in the dark, dark cupboard there was...a skeleton! -traditional Halloween tale
Ten years ago Nora walked out of school and never went back - and she hasn't seen Clare since. Until now, when she recently received an invitation to Clare's bachelorette party. Perhaps this is a chance to let bygones be bygones. But as in all great psychological thrillers, something goes terribly wrong.
Suspenseful. Page-turner. Unputdownable.
If you're looking for a story to pull you in and keep you in suspense, look no futher.
