Herbal Tom Collins

INGREDIENTS:
- 3oz gin
- 1oz herbal syrup (see below)
- .5oz lemon juice
- Top with Club soda
DIRECTIONS:
Combine lemon juice, gin, and herbal syrup in your cup. Add ice if desired. Top with soda water and garnish with lemon! Super easy, which is exactly what you need when you're mixing up cocktails at a party! #MyChinetParty
HERBAL SYRUP:
- 2 large sprigs of rosemary
- 2 bunches of thyme
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Wash and dry the herbs. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat, as you would for a regular simple syrup recipe. Add the herbs, continue to stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool, approx. 1 hour. Strain into a glass (we use a squeeze bottle for easy pouring!) and store in the fridge. #ahastycocktail
