A Mother’s Love: Books to Read for Mother’s Day

Join me at the Spencer Road Branch Library in St. Peters, MO on Tuesday, May 7 at 7pm. The evening will start as I present my list of top books to read for Mother’s Day this year and we’ll end the evening with a general sharing of our favorite books about motherhood and our favorite literary moms.

New to Hasty Book List? A little about me…

I am a native Missouri girl, born and raised in Columbia and Jeff City. I went to Stephens College for undergrad and then the University of Missouri for my Masters and PhD in fashion history. I lived in Bloomington, IN for 7 years while I taught collegiate classes at Indiana University before my husband and I moved to Chicago for his career. Now we are back in Missouri and I’m teaching online courses for Indiana State University while also reading (a LOT) and reviewing each book on this site. I also do author interviews, book talks, and I host a virtual book club! I hope you all can make it to my first book talk at the Spencer Road Branch on March 7! See you all then!
