The Wolf Tone
Book Feature - The Wolf Tone by Christy Stillwell
HBL Note: The author’s publicist reached out to me way back in October to cover this book and I was so excited to do so because of the musical connections. Although I didn’t stick with it, I loved playing that instrument. Did you know that a “wolf tone” is the sound a bowed instrument makes (similar to the howl of a wolf) when a played note matches the natural resonating frequency of the instrument itself.
