Favorite place to read a book: In the bath, with bubbles, candles and wine!
Book character I’d like to be stuck in an elevator with: Kathleen from The Summer Seekers. She'd keep me entertained for hours!
The moment I knew I wanted to become an author: I was eight years old and I wrote the biography of my pet hamster. I knew this was what I wanted to do one day (but I moved from animals to humans!).

Book character I think I’d be best friends with: Flora, from Family For Beginners. She's warm and kind and would be a great friend.

If I weren’t an author, I’d be a: Photographer
Favorite decade in fashion history: 1920's. I would have made a great Flapper girl!
Place I’d most like to travel: Sweden. I've just written a book set in Swedish Lapland and I'm longing to travel there.
My signature drink: Tea (I'm British!) or champagne, but not together!
Favorite artist: Monet
Number one on my bucket list: Spending as much time as possible with family!
