Author I draw inspiration from: Lisa Unger
Favorite place to read a book: On the beach
Book character I’d like to be stuck in an elevator with: I think Hermione Granger from Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. She knows all the spells and could definitely get us out!
The moment I knew I wanted to become an author: I've always wanted to be an author. As a child I would make up fairy tales and tell them to my little sisters. When I was really young I drew pictures in crayon to illustrate the stories. As I got older I became a journalist, and later a digital copywriter, but I always knew I wanted to tell stories in book form. I just too a circuitous route to get here.
Hardback, paperback, ebook or audiobook: ebook
The last book I read: The Dry, by Jane Harper
Pen & paper or computer: Computer. I type way faster than I write!
Book character I think I’d be best friends with: Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
If I weren’t an author, I’d be a: I'd still be writing, just doing digital copywriting for websites rather than telling stories in books.

Place I’d most like to travel: Vietnam
My signature drink: Mojito
