Favorite place to read a book: Anywhere, when there's time to read! I always have my e-reader with me, ready to go.

Book character I’d like to be stuck in an elevator with: Tom Severin in Chasing Cassandra by Lisa Kleypas. I hate elevators (let alone being stuck in them) so he'd be a good pick, since he has a cool head in crisis and could engineer us right out of there.

The moment I knew I wanted to become an author: There wasn't one moment. It was more so a culmination of many little moments, while reading romances I deeply enjoyed, yet hungering for stories that felt closer to the realities in my life and the lives of people I loved, until I knew I wanted to tell stories that affirmed everyone's worthiness to star in a romance and be portrayed as lovable.

Hardback, paperback, ebook or audiobook: Ebook, though I love to buy paperbacks of books I've adored! I can't read a book for the first time via audiobook, because auditory processing is tough for me, but I enjoy an audiobook as a reread and love when I find narrators I adore.

The last book I read: I'm currently reading (and loving) On the Hustle by Adriana Herrera!

Pen & paper or computer: Computer, always!!

Book character I think I’d be best friends with: Dani Brown from TAKE A HINT, DANI BROWN by Talia Hibbert. Dani's a literature nerd, unapologetic feminist, and secret softie. It's a BFF match made in heaven.

If I weren’t an author, I’d be a: Bookseller or librarian.

Place I’d most like to travel: I want to travel all over the world.

My signature drink: Whiskey sour
